Hey, Blackmagic!

where did you get that desk? Is that an Ikea desk?

The picture is dark, so it is hard to tell, but is the desk black / drak charcoal?

I'd love to know where you got that.

Sorry guys, I sold the iMac already. Didn't have a chance to take any pics of it...

No, I'm still waiting like most people. I don't know what the hell is going on with these things... for a computer that started shipping over a week ago, there are so FEW people that actually have one!

I hope it isn't something to do with the firmware problem I read about a few days ago... (can't remember where now...)

Duck Tape is actually a particular brand of duct tape, so thegelding is actually correct in his statement. Saying Duck Tape instead of duct tape just as innocent as calling a vacuum cleaner Hoover. Everybody knows you're talking about a hot tub when you say Jacuzzi...

While we're on the subject... let's not forget the website! <a href="http://www.ducktape.com/wedding/"; target="_blank">The DUCK Tape Site

Hehe - I knew a girl in college who had her entire dress for the commencement dance made out of duc(k/t) tape! It was incredible! Her shoe straps were also tape along with her date's bow tie and cummerbund. I was impressed, although I imagine it got a little hot after dancing...

I'm waiting for a new Mac but holding out til after March/April. Still love my original G4. I did add a new shelf w/letters that me and the kids like to put stuff on. As you can tell, we're big Pixar fans.

Try putting some beer coasters under one of the legs.

Hey, I never thought of that. Secret Apple spies stole my office design to use for the Apple stores My only problem is that no one is sitting at the Genius Bar

Eugen, what kind of mousepad is that?
  • Reply 118 of 724
I have the same mouse pad as Eugene. It's one of those thing, textured plastic ones from 3M. They rule!

    I agree, it does.

MacMedia, I think your setup is the nicest looking yet. Very nice.

I've really gotta upgrade my office.

It's a 3M Precise Mousing Surface. Works great with ball mice and opticals.
