Talked to my long time friend that lives in Seattle..Turns Out He's A MacHead.

My friend Noah that lives in Seattle talked to me on the phone last night (I stayed up til 1 AM) and we got talking about computers. Noah isnt a computer using kind of kid (at least I thought he wasnt) but when I talked about Apple he loved it. He is a really smart person and makes up his own mind about what system is better based on his own research (Apple could only hope more Americans were like him).

Noah was at my house visiting for Christmas and I showed him the Cube.....he was floored by how cool it was. His immediate reaction to anything Apple is lust. He wants the new iMac so badly (his dad is a radeologist so that can be worked out...im sure). I started talking to him about the difference between Apple, Dell and M$ and he just knows what Mac users have come to know. He is informed by the media that thew PC is better but he found out himself what is truely better.

What made me really light up was when he said that when he sits down to a Mac he feels so much more creative than at his Dell. He is such a Mac person and he doesnt even know it.

Does Apple have an Apple Store in Seattle?

Yes, I think converting is what I was meant to do. Whether I be a priest or work for a church is something I have sruggled with.

Thanks. I think I have a few others sitting on the fence, they just need to be pushed, lose their balance, buy a Mac.

Yeah, same here. I think I've converted a few people by bringing them into the Apple Store. If you remember a while back I mention this kid who says Macs suck because he just like PCs better now says "Let's go to the iMac store" when we're at the mall.

Please, don't actively pursue trying to convert people. It's bad enough when religions do this

I fart in Apple's general direction for not having one here. Comone just becuase we live in Microsofts backyard dosnt meen we dont like Macs.

(wouldnt it be cool if Apple had an Expo in Seattle? Pull the media carpet right out from under Microsoft )

It appears that you may be a latent homosexual or jehova's witness. just observing.

(and while everyone's preparing to flame me, remember that i am a non-latent homosexual, so i get to make the jokes! - remember seinfeld? )

lest i be labeled a pervert...

the strange feel comes from the fact that with a minimum of effort, that whole story could easily be all about sex.
