I think the point is: CL3@133mhz = CL2@100mhz. If you have a CL3 chip that's clocked at 133mhz, it will look and act like a CL2 in a machine with a 100mhz bus. That same chip will be a CL3 in my machine because my bus is 133 mhz. Still sorta confusing, but it sorta makes sense too... I guess
