Does Mac OS support .exe files?

I downloaded some GeForce4 MX demos that are in the .exe file format. I'm still pretty new with Mac OS and don't know too much about it. Also is there a program I can use to open these demos?

i think self extracting zip-files are .exe's, too.

...and i think you can open them with stuffit extractor.

but any other exe isn't useable an your mac - and thank god for that.

.exe = executable = Windows software

.app or APPL type code = application = Mac software

    Ah, that's much better.

peeve is on the right track, those demos are self extracting .zip files. Try Stuffit like he suggested.

Also, some Bink videos are executables, but playable using the Mac Bink player.
