AppleCare
Well, I finally have a good story concerning AppleCare and my PowerBook. I'd been having major problems with my AppleCare Protection Plan, but now it's all worked out.
They sent me my new policy, and to my surprise, the policy expires 5/13/05! This extends my warranty for a few years, any way.
Thankfully, some good news for a change.
