Whoops! Just another example of the orbital mind control lasers working away at the evil empire.

That's the industrial designer's box, not someone's in Microsoft. Still, you think they could have framed the picture so the big fat Apple logo wasn't in the foreground. They should have made him design the xbox with an xbox, sort of like how the Mac was designed on a Lisa, and how the 1984 ad was helped by an Apple ][.

    [just bad english all around]

They definitely, absolutely use Macs in Redmond.

I had a friend who was a Mac software tech there.

I think he tested hardware also.

and he's not part of the Mac Business Unit either (I believe they're in CA)

They also use primarily Macs in their design department.

Well come on guys, Micro$oft is a business and like any big business they're occasionally smart enough to use the right tools for the right jobs. Accidents happen all the time.....

    Anders:

Um, well, I was just, eh... minding my own business, you know, clicking around at apple.com, when a really weird thing happened, I swear some kind of vortex sucked me into the ms.com "Deathstar" site. I was lost for days, and then I found this XBox page. Weird huh? Well, that's my story and I'm stickin' to it!

I feel a little embarrassed that an Apple computer had anything to do in designing the butt ugly XBox... <img src="graemlins/hmmm.gif" border="0" alt="[Hmmm]" />

plenty of macs in redmond i'm sure. they do develop pretty good mac software, you know...i don't think MS is as anti-mac as mac is anti-M$. Hell, apple isn't even anti-m$, the office suite is killer
