No TechTV coverage this time?

the last 2 or 3 Macworlds were covered by techtv for those of us not lucky enough to have a satt feed near by or didnt have broadband. but i was looking at the schedule for wed. and they had the screen savers at 8(cst, 9 est) and tech live at 830. anyone know if they will cover it at all? i kinda wanted a tape of it.

    It was the same way last year. The program guide showed TSS, but it was anything but TSS. They will be showing it this year im sure!

    If you can, goto an Apple store. The one by my house is showing the satellite feed (and opening early to do so).

    There will be no TechTV coverage. I just received this email:



    Mac Enthusiasts;



    I, like you, have been wondering why there was nothing on our site about the MacWorld schedule. I've been bugging those in house every day, and getting told we plan to carry it, and are making arrangements.



    I got the final word today.



    I'm very sorry to tell you we are not carrying Steve Jobs Keynote from Mac World in New York on Wednesday. Apple will not allow us to air it live or in it's entirety. I was not given reasons, just told that. We will be doing stories on it during Tech Live. I know that's not much, but right now it is all we have to offer.



    We had assumed we'd be covering it as in the past, and I was told to let you know we planned to. We DID try very hard to get this coverage for our Mac Enthusiasts.



    I didn't want you all hunting around looking for the coverage, so am sending emails again to let you know.

    Yep, I just read the news on MacMinute.



    This is odd, wouldn't they want as much coverage as possible? This may not be a good Macworld....this may be a BAAAD MacWorld. Jeepers.
