    It's all good, I was just busting your chops. <img class=" src="http://forums-files.appleinsider.com/images/smilies//lol.gif" />

I am glad that you are currently happy with your current tech choices.:smokey:

I have been lurking for a while but joined the forum just to post this:

Your comments and attitude are the reason why I am ashamed to own any apple products. The level of bile directed toward individuals that don't use the same mobile OS as you is mind-boggling. And, to top it off, you bragged about how much money you made in stocks? Oh boy... I am guessing you are on summer break and just bored looking for someone to troll.

Oh man oh man. This article had me in stitches. Too bad this isn't an isolated instance of a review saying the S6 is a better phone. Deal with it apple lovers, you are not using the best!

You make me laugh.  I don't think its possible to be more passionate about a more meaningless topic.

The thing is, Android acknowledges and attempts to fix issues.  Apple simply sweeps security vulnerabilities under the rug until they decide to fix it.  Case in point, Apple's SSL vulnerability that existed for years and was only recently addressed.  Whats better for a consumer?

You are sorely mistaken.  You wouldn't go to a site called 'AndroidInsider' for info on your Apple product.  Unless of course you have a mental disability.

Complete piles of shit, you say?  I'll assume you are referring to apple products.

Seriously.  Everything Daniel says is backed up by facts.  Facts that make you feel uncomfortable.

I've read all your posts ( 14 of them) and every single one of them is pro-Google or pro-Microsoft.  You never say anything positive about Apple.

    BLOCKED

Well, facts are one thing, and real world performance is another.  Clearly that point was lost on you and Daniel.  Facts about the S6 have obviously upset the apple community something fierce!

Oh, and so if someone doesn't agree and praise apple with you, they are blocked?  Says a lot about you, doesn't it?

There is no where to go, every site that I've visited over the years has demonstrated bias. Your only recourse is to take the info with a grain of salt.

Sometimes being oriented to a specific device results in more focus and less of a need to fabricate reality.

Uh let's be honest here, little was researched in this case.

You are awesome.  A smart person reads more than one review, from more than one source, and then makes a decision. A fool takes all their info from one place.

Seriously, finger lag?  Get real.  If you haven't used the phone yourself, you cannot comment on this.

I am proud to say that I have never owned any Android phone, never owned any Android tablet, never owned any Windows device whatsoever. Apple has been working just fine for me for as long back as I can recall, and I couldn't be happier.

And yet you are amazingly in touch with the nuances and mishaps of everything Android.  Get out of the closet already.  I've owned Apple.  You know what I learned from my experience?  Never again.  Never again will I make an appointment with a "Genius Bar" to get tech support.  That fact alone makes me shit bricks.

I'm not going to hate on you because at least you made up your own mind and didn't need to read an article to tell you what to think.

All of you fighting with these posts that take up my entire screen.  Please stop fluffing each other.  You have accomplished nothing in the grand scheme of things except to get some small shit nuggets plastered to the inside of your shorts.

@monstrosity:  LOL.. Well, AppleInsider.com is not something I'd associated with the word "objectivity" -- especially when it comes to its famed opinion writer Daniel Dilger.    AI is no Anandtech -- at least they could back up their penchant for all things Apple with thorough technical analysis.  I think MacRumors articles are a bit more "objective" than AI's in general.

I'm not going to waste my time reading his op-ed in its entirety, but did notice how he misrepresents Samsung's Geekbench 3 benchmark in a typical DED way.  Can you figure out what's wrong with his willfuly misconstrued comparison?  (hint: the Exynos 7420 has two quad cores, the A57 main cores running at 1.8 Ghz to 2.1 Ghz, and. the A53, power-saving cores running at 1.3 Ghz to 1.5 Ghz.   Tom's GB3 figures are measured correctly using the main cores, but guess where Dilger found his).

But Daniel is correct.  Having a super high screen resolution is flatout stupid because it wastes resources and battery life.  A superhigh screen resolution brings ZERO BENEFIT to the user but MORE COSTS.  Instead of spending vast millions on R&D and the expensive screens, Samsung should have used it on something of value.  Daniel is not fanatical for calling out Samsung for making phones with stupid high screen resolutions that bring nothing of value to the user experience.

I don't agree with everything that is written on this website.

Did I say Apple was destroying it BEFORE the iPhone6 was released?  No.  With the iPhone6 Apple is totally DESTROYING the competition.

I'm not denigrating anyone.  All I'm saying is you are being ridiculous to expect an APPLE SITE to heap praise on Google/Samsung.

And yes I am enjoying my Apple world.  I've owned an Android Phone, Android Tablet, and countless Windows laptops/desktops.  And I'm 1000x happy that I don't have to mess with those POS anymore.

And yes you are denigrating others.  You are denigrating Daniel calling him a hack fanboy writer for not heaping praise on Google.  You also just called me a LOSER that can't think straight IN THE SAME POST THAT YOU SAID YOU DONT DENEGRATE OTHERS!!!! I mean WTF, do you even read what you type!

This is where reading comprehension would really be your friend.  There must be some classes you can take to assist with this.  I clearly said I "won't denigrate others for accepting other options".  Your opinion is that if it's not Apple then it is crap, or at least that is how you present it on here.  For people who are that narrow-minded and stubborn, I will denigrate freely and quite often.  And please will you stop the argument saying I expect this site to heap praise on Google/Samsung.  I have clearly said otherwise multiple times.  However, pointing out areas where the competition is doing something better is not lavishly heaping praise.

Who actually loves advertisements so much?

Companies do. They need to make people aware of their products and services. Apple makes advertisements and everyone here is ready to fellate them for every commercial they make.

It's good that Apple offers more than just advertising opportunities to businesses, then.

    And what opportunities are those?

That's not true at all. I believe that Apple's ads have been sort of hit and miss these past few years. I do like some of them, but there are certain others that have not been that great in my opinion.
