My first reaction would be, how can you even tell the difference ? Same as yours :-).

We have one saying that sounds like that: "If he wants there let help him."

Sticking to Google Play and not visiting dodgy websites will take care of the issue

The d[evil] you know right; lol. I like (and will take) my pretty, easy to use, headache free (99.9% of the time), walled garden over the alternatives at the moment. To each their own... :)

I know some people think it dumbs everyone down (because you dont have to think), but I have enough to think about as it is. I spend enough of my time racking my brain on/with technology. I have no time to tinker (that much) with my phone.

I guess though, because of what I do (and how I am) and since I am a tinkerer, that why I feel the way I do. But other side of the argument is, for the people who don't care to try to think, should they be forced to have to think and figure things out?

@Suddenly Newton  I know (assume) you were being sarcastic ("but but but") and didn't take your response in any negative way; I just rant (not directed at you of course) sometimes. :)

P.S. I know i know, teach someone to fish... but some people (a little unfortunately) would rather just be given the fish. Luckily (for the human race?) not everyone is that way.

    Yup.

    At the very least <a data-huddler-embed="href" href="/u/100667/Gatorguy" style="display:inline-block;">@Gatorguy</a>
     <span style="line-height:1.4em;">offers well reasoned and researched information.</span>

I usually learn something from his posts regardless if it is something I want to hear. Accurate information cuts both ways. Either way I update my thinking.

The thing to be aware of is his continuous and relentless subtle undermining and attempts to belittle every Apple related issues by the use of what appear to be well reasoned posts aimed at the readers of AI that may be unaware of his record. Don't be fooled.

Back on topic ... The new automatic 'share your wifi with no password needed' feature in Windows 10 should be fun for hackers and scammers given many PC users (especially the old time Apple haters) use Android. What a pairing from hell these days eh?

@digitalclips  - RE: Windows 10 wifi; double check on that one (Courtesy of my ZDNet Tech Today e-mails). http://www.zdnet.com/article/no-windows-10s-wi-fi-sense-feature-is-not-a-security-risk/ But I could see someone tricking, or some how forcing someones system to share the connection, and then impersonating a contact... who knows...
