I know that this was addressed in the earlier "Post Your Desktop" thread, but now that my iDisk is heading towards its impending doom, how could I post my image? It seemed complicated with my iDisk and it was slow and it never worked, so how could I do it some other way?

BTW, Leonis, you'll probably be happy that I upgraded my Wallstreet from OS 9 to OS X, and I've only gone into classic once since then. It speeds things up a lot if the dock has no magnification or bouncing.

    Click 4 teh biggar.

Oh, and I forgot to mention that it smoothly fades to a different "nature" picture each minute.

I'll just link to mine since I don't feel like resizing it...call me lazy. I made this desktop last year or maybe the year before. Just recently starting using it again.

[Edit: Just want to say that my desktop usually isn't that plain but I needed a change so that's why I'm using the "plain" Jaguar desktop.]

Original is 1600x1200. Shrank down to 600x450 for those who are still using dial ups

How did you get the 9 Classic icon on your desktop I would like to put the Classic icon in my dock for faster loading but it won't let me drag it on to my dock.

That is the partition that holds my Classic OS. I just snapped the OS 9 icon on that partition

If you want to manage Classic use Classic Spy. Do a search in Versiontracker.com

I just downloaded Classic Spy 2.0, that's a good little program since I was looking for some way of quickly being able to launch classic (just for adobe ) Any way thanks.

By the way, this desktop looks real nice when inverted with Black Light. Too bad I can't take a screenie of it like that...

It's kinda spartan... got that zen-like minimalism to it.

And I like my little iMac icon from iconfactory.com

This will be my first OS X desktop...going to add more room below the models for the Dock (which I usually have hidden). Nice huh?

I'll post the final results later...

I guess it would be better with a different desktop, but some of the icons looked cool.
