I changed it to a link for you. The thread is much easier to read for most users if you either link your images, or thumbnail them as I did with my desktop image above.

If you don't know how to thumbnail an image, hit "reply" to my post, and copy the code. You will need to shrink your screen shot in an image editor of some sort, and save than smaller version to your server along with the full sized one.
