Why does steve Jobs look so....

In this picture, from MacCentral, Steve Jobs appears to be a statue that people are looking at. It seems he is just looking ahead not paying attention to those near by:

    what you don't see is that on his right shoulder (hidden from view in the above photo) SJ is wearing the freaky little demon head from the Mike's Hard Lemonade commercial....he wore it all night at the os 10.2 release...it was pretty werid and was freakin' me out man....g

    That other guy in the photo looks... hmmm... I don't know... he's really interested in Mr. Jobs. SJ's probably thinking, "Maybe if I just stand really still and don't make eye contact, he'll go away. Go away, go away... away."

    It looks more like Jobs is thinking "Hmm. Interesting. Common people looks larger in real life than from the stage and on the focus group video tapes. I´ll better not move so I interfer with their microcosmos"

    But also... How does someone on such a strict diet gain enough weight to have such a pot belly?
