How many languages do you need?

As I won't understand anything if i put my mac to work in Japanese, Korean, Norvegese, Finnish ecc ecc i leave "ONLY" italian, spanish, portuguese and english in it..
Now how many languages do YOU need or use in OS X?? The most friends i know use 1 or max 2 .. So WHY *ALL* the languages???
And when i'll pass to Jag do i need to install away again all the stuff i don't want..??

Maybe I should have installed Spanish and Italian... I took Spanish in high school, and I may go to Italy again.
PS Where in Italy are you Mulattabianca? I have been there twice (my dad is from there), and both times I've been primarily in Milan because I have relatives there.
hey, install the italian and spanish the translations suck as always but you can change the language of the day...
i have the same langs in redhat as well though there use only english as those transl really suck
I switch to spanish occasionally for fun (read: to see how much/little I remember of Spanish) and to freak out passerby's.

BTW, even if you disselect oriental laguages, or special character languages, those website still display the pages in the correct font. So, eventhough i unselected Jap, if I go to a Japanese site, its all in Japanese... not really useful by any means, but still cool
How easy or difficult if it to switch languages on-the-fly with Windows? Do as many Windows programs have localizations as Mac OS X apps have?
different language apps? I dont think its a prob if you launch a, say, hungarian app on an english windoze install. The menus and stuff in the app will be in hungarian and the rest will be in english.

it's a specialized version of Windows I believe. The Chinese install is chinese.. changes all the menus and everything.... let me tell you, it looks like shit compared to OS X. The OS X characters are so purty
in 10.1 I had Italian and French installed... but i never used them so now with Jag I have uninstalled all languages except inglish.

Yea! remember the winzoz
Every time i go to japanese sites the IE of winzoz went nuts and i never saw the jap characters
And the worst ever combi i had was in winzoz... i had it accidentally in finnish so i didnt understand what's shut down or standby (not even those!!!), then most progs in italian and in english and for some weird reason even some other languages... so the winzoz broke me with the yes/nos in portugese, danish, swedish.. now THAT was a mess .. Now even that compu is in order.. it's my linux as i got bored after formatting the same compu for some 50 times in 3 years.. so i wanted to use it now in italian, spanish and english ... linux's cool cos i can change the lang of the OS and all the apps whenever i want ..
Uh dunno how THAT shows me the jap pages... gotta try
