Both. I think I'm getting it for a good price so let's focus on the selling price. And of course if anyone is interested in purchasing it, please let me know!

Well, I can tell you that I would only offer as little as possible for an antique like that. It's an exclusively OS9 machine and OS9 is dead. Yes, I know it could run OSX, but with the screen at 800x600, the bulk, the small HD and the SLOWWWW CPU, I wouldn't be in any rush to pick up said machine for anything other than exclusive OS9 duty. Anybody who has OS9 likely has a good enough machine for it too.

Now if I was selling it, I'd set my reserve at, at least, 60% of the original purchase price and wait for a dumb American confused by exchange rates and the southern climes to take it off my hands.

It probably isn't worth more than 400 US.

I have seen the 1st Generation iBooks go for 300$ and at most I have seen them hit about 450$. I would probably pay about 300$ if I really wanted one.

I think between $400-500 is a fair price.

Buy it and then next week come to Apple Expo

Here in Yurrup the Macs cost too much.

I think here it could be even up to 1000 E.

I don't think $500 is too bad. Not TOO long ago I sold my Blueberry 333 iBook (the generation before yours) for $600, but then it had 320mb RAM.

Hey, when I get the iBook, I'll sell it to you for $550 and then you can turn around and sell it for 1000 in Yurrup. Howz that sound?
