What about the camera app stalling upon opening? It's super annoying. Takes 2-3 seconds at least sometimes more. There's a support thread on it. Maybe it's in the fix but too small to mention?

What about skipping to next song during unlimited play selection for a single song?

Seems I got in before the rush and managed to get  iOS 9.2 installed on my iPhone 6 (it came in at 265MB).

Top Stories evident in News - didn't even realise there wasn't one

The Apple Music download indicator is a neat touch to show what's actually on your phone - indeed it's a little iPhone with a tick in it - if you have downloaded.

It opens instantly. I just tried it. Are you talking about opening from the lock screen? I haven't tried that yet, but I will.

Nope, opens instantly there too. This is on an iPad Pro. I haven't updated anything else yet. I will shortly.

Just upgraded my 6+. From the lock screen, the Photo's app takes maybe 1 second to open. The first time you do it after the upgrade, it takes 2 to 3 seconds. But after that, no more than 1 second.

From the app itself, it's almost instant.

Does it add the ability to sort reminders?  It really seems that Apple developers did not bother to test Reminders with more than one item in a list.

Can you turn off automatic list creation in Notes?  It is already annoying when Microsoft Word does that, but at least it has an option to turn that off.

Notes os OS X has been very buggy for my on 10.11.1, hope they secreted fixed it too. That and I don't think sync across OS X and iOS is immediate enough.

Did they fix that idiotic bug where the previews/thumbnails on the Safari tab switching screen are utterly wrong/out of date??

I am so excited to have the camera adapter with with the iPhone now. That will be very useful for travel with my DSLR and not having to worry about having my iPad with me all the time to review my pictures. Nice work AAPL.

The iPhone supporting the Camera Kit is a huge bonus to me. So far I've been using PhotoSync and while it works well, it still is cumbersome to snap photos on a camera, transfer them to the Mac and then use PhotoSync to copy them to the iPhone.

This new feature cuts out a lot of lag in transferring photos from the camera to the iPhone.

I still need to download it, but isn't there already a phone icon on songs that are locally stored on your phone? Why do we need another icon to denote a downloaded song?

Under new iOS, the mail app is hanging on an iPad Air 2.

I'm not feeling good vibes about quality control at Apple.

Podcast app's behavior is the same, as much as I can tell so far.  Laundry list of things small and big that still need fixes.  Big disappointment, as it's what I use 70% of the time.  Have to look into other options.

Is it possible to turn off Playlists in Music? That app auto-generates dozens of lists that I have no use for and are a continual annoyance.

And nope. Safari tab thumbnail bug NOT fixed!

Edit: why can't we edit older posts? Why'd my last one get posted twice?

Alright, here's another annoyance I've had with Music ever since the total UI overhaul that has needlessly damaged usability.

This first screenshot shows a song in the album cover view (the only way to manually fine tune volume). See the the spacing between the volume slider and the Play/Pause + FF/Reverse buttons? That's a functional amount of space which respects the size of a human fingertip:

Now look at this view from the lock screen. The gap between volume slider and other button targets is insanely small and 9 times out of 10 results in a skipped song or other unintended action while attempting to fine tune the volume. It's just plain stupid and an amateur-level UI design mistake. Make the album smaller and the give the volume slider target the correct amount of space! The album cover is not a functional part of the UI, folks!:

Man, this is a first world problem, but why can't the make 3D Touch work in Spotlight Search?

When searching for an app that's tucked away in a folder, 9 times out of 10 I use the search, if 3D Touch doesn't work in the search function then it becomes useless for those apps. Unless of course I want to search manually for them, but the time it takes to do that negates the whole idea of a "quick select" that the 3D Touch enables.

Tap the upper right corner of your post and you should be able to edit it. You'll see a small black gearlike thing, then tap on that too, and the edit or delete choices will come up. For some reason, we now have just 4 hours to do so.

Post back and let us know if it worked for you.

The improved WiFi calling feature "AT&T NumberSync" only works with AT&T post-paid accounts (i.e. contract based accounts). Prepaid accounts (i.e. AT&T GoPhone accounts) are not eligible for this feature. Of course this limitation is only referenced in the small print. Bought an IPhone 6 AT&T unlocked model specifically to avoid contracts. Was hoping to use my iPadAir 2 & MBP for convienent phone calls - nope, I can scratch that iOS 9.2 benefit of the list - AT&T strikes again......
