Post your Macs Uptime
I am curious to see what kind of uptimes and load averages everyone has. If you would like to take the time to satisfy my curiousity then as soon as you read this post open up your terminal and copy and paste your uptime into your reply. In case you dont know how to check your up time just:
Open terminal under applications then utilities and type 'uptime' without the quotes. This isnt a competition so be honest. My uptime right now is:
3:54AM up 8 days, 16:39, 2 users, load averages: 0.72, 0.62, 0.41
I had to reboot for 10.2.1 and as always, thanks for the input....

It would be a lot more but I had to restart for the 10.2.1 update.
It was at 8 days, but a CD became stuck forcing me to restart...
I logged out for something at it reset my count. I havent had to reboot sence 10.2.1 came out or quite some time before that even in 10.1.4
my uptiume would go back to 10.2.1 update but the power goes out here when the wind blows or it storms....blah.
b4 the update I hadn't rebooted since installing jag on 8-23-02

had my iBook at 28 days once, but updates took care of that. this was rebooted after the Office SR1. needed to redo the entourage junk.

This computer is a server that runs <a href="http://www.prgrsoft.com/pages/inout.html" target="_blank">In/Out</a>.
Beat that.
I shutdown my computer when not in use...oh the joy of an iMac with GLOD.
12 days since I updated to 10.2.1.
I had to restart after I tried to abort a connection to an ftp server...stupid thing wouldn't let me log out and back in. Spinning beach ball of infinity...
ah well.
I almost never turn my Powerbook off. It would have a bigger up time if only OS X didn't crash about every 5th day or so. (If only I had the time to do a complete clean install of Jaguar) I also get impatient waiting for applications to unfreeze.
It was about 10 days, but I wanted to do some stuff in Single User Mode. That said, if I don't reboot about every 11 days it takes forever to wake from sleep (25 minutes being the current record). Apple have a bug report...
G4 Cube running as a webserver. Getting ready to start collecting data very shortly, so I expect that load average to be bumped up.
10:44PM up 7 mins, 2 users, load averages: 0.70, 0.79, 0.43
