A Dutch-auction eBay scammer, still on the loose

This is the most recent item that this person has put up for sale. If you notice, they have shades and about 40 feedback. Their feedback is all from small items, such as "systems" and "programs" for telling you how to get expensive electronic equipment "for free." Most under $10, always the buyer.



They started selling stuff, first a batch of 90 PowerBook 3400s at $50 each. The lowest winning bids were $60. Now they're getting negative feedback.



The newer auction is posted above. Looks like more people will be getting scammed.



I don't know what to do about this, should I report them to eBay? I didn't bid on anything, but I want to stop this guy.
