Rendevous in intel Commercials?

Has anyone seen the intel commercial where the guy and girl are in the same class and the guy "IM"s the girl, but she doesn't even know who he is.

anyways... I wasn't aware of any software on the windows side of the fence that would allow you to IM someone who is close to you in proximity, but you didn't know... kinda like how Rendezvous works....

any ideas as to what it could be? Or is it just a marketing trick... If it is a trick, isn't it false advertising as this feature isn't available on PCs..

the tag-line to the commercial is "can a PC change your life?" Intel inside... something or other, will post again when i see it again.

    Veering a little off topic...

Did anyone see the Sopranos couple a weeks ago when that fat broad was IMing the boy on a Powerbook? Well, on the screen was AOL for Windows...like one would use Virtual PC on a Powerbook to run AOL...

Back to topic. Pretty sure that if you can get a card (like an Airport card for PCs) and the other laptop has one to...and they are compatible...and...ahhh, they're lying... <img src="graemlins/smokin.gif" border="0" alt="[Chilling]" />

Or, maybe like any other guy who was interested in a girl might do, he asked one of her friends or someone who knew her for a little info.

    Just a thought!
