They are always ripping off apple, and they especially never seem to get ANYWHERE in doing so.

Compaq sent out some reseller material last year, and the model in the picture was using a Dell.
Even Apple has done it, they one had a Power Computing clone in one of their ads by mistake,

and if apple did use a clone in an ad that isn't such a big mistake....a clone was still licensed by apple and running mac os....gateway is using a non-pc mac laptop to sell their pc laptops.....
I wonder if Apple could litigate?
