iCal: share my calendar without showing contents

I have a business and private calendar.

I'd like to share my private calendar with my assistant without her seeing the contents of my private calendar (so just the times that are blocked off) so she doesn't book a business appointment when I'm unavailable.

How can I do this?

No way to do this as far as I know. You'd have to create a separate calendar for her and just create events that are "busy."
