  Any idea what the pipes in this image are for? Not shown on the sewage layout in the Utility Plan on page 8, don't appear to have a connection at either end.

  I'm not certain of anything, but I did notice what look to be PVC pipes being laid throughout the soon to be landscaped areas that will require irrigation. Perhaps that's a hub for the water, although that seems really close to the campus.
