More Ebay fraud

How does one report these people, again....notice the Western Union payment requirement.

    sent them a message....he mentioned the 15" but lists all the 17" features and offers an iPod free....plus check his listings...he has never sold anything before, always made small purchases....g

    Who did you send a message? There is the online fraud thing at ebay but that seems pretty convoluted.
