Redirect HTTPS to HTTP?

Currently, AI rejects HTTPS requests with ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED.
Would it be possible to redirect HTTPS requests over to HTTP?

    Correct HTTPS support has been on our list for a very long time now. I talked to one of our IT guys today and it's apparently finally near the top, so hopefully we will see it done soon.
