Where can I buy the 2015 15in MacBook Pro with dedicated AMD graphics card
Hi, I'm a university student who has waited an entire year for the new MacBook Pro only to be dissapointed by all the issues it has been released with, the most important of which to me is the poor battery life. Seeing as I can't wait any longer without a laptop in university I was wondering if anyone knows of any place where I can buy last years 15in model with the dedicated AMG gpu as that is something that is important for my usage. I would sincerely appreciate any help you have to offer.

If they are out of stock of the model you want, you'd have to look at resellers and probably wouldn't get as long a warranty:

You'd be paying close to the same as the new one in some cases though as SSD prices have dropped. The entry Radeon 450 in the new model will match the M370x but will run cooler and use less power. While the battery capacity has been reduced by around 25%, the lower power draw should mean the same battery life and it's faster to charge fully. Heavier workloads will drain the battery quicker though.
Thank you for the reply, but unfortunately all of those links are either out of stock or don't ship to Canada. Do you know of any other places?

but you might end up paying just as much as a new model from Apple or have a lesser warranty. I would say to go for the newest model. The battery is smaller but if you get it and find that it's not lasting long enough, there are extra battery packs you can get, now that it uses USB C and not mag-safe for charging:

When you put your laptop in your bag, you can plug it into one of those packs and it'll charge up on the go.
