iPhone playlist keeps repeating tracks

Hey people, need help understanding why my iPhone 6s keeps repeating songs when I shuffle all my songs, the image below shows what I mean, sometimes it will repeat sections of my tracks in the same order over and over again till I re-shuffle all my tracks again. Its a weird bug that I don't get why it happens or how to resolve it, any info or help is much appreciated thanks. I'm using iOS 10.3.2 and the songs are on the iPhone itself. Please ignore my terrible taste in music haha.

    Is it possible that those tracks have been added to the playlist multiple times?

    Nope, thats simply from pressing the shuffle all songs button, it'll be fine until it gets to a selection of songs and it will keep repeating the selected group of songs over and over until I press the shuffle all songs button again. Its such a bizarre thing and I'm sure its a bug of some sorts.

    Force-quit the Music app and reset the iPhone, see if that helps.
