Personally I feel this has gone a bit too far. I think he is now deliberatly trying to ruin all the threads discussion the Middle East.

His recent "racism" accusations are way over the top, as is his lashing out at certain ethnic groups, and anyone disagreeing with him on these boards.

Show me some examples of what you're speaking of, please.

In general, someone cannot be banned based upon their beliefs. It takes a rather serious offense to get banned... The middle east conflict is clearly a touchy issue, and it's easy to get carried away. I'll read through them now.

Edit: having just read all of the Israel threads in AO, all I see is that you and he are fighting. I don't see anything even remotely close to something worth banning.

    Unless I missed something.

Fine, if you think his remarks on the french( ) and the arabs are within the borders of "reasonable arguments" I will not pursue this further.

I highly doubt anyone would have lasted five seconds if they used the same words to describe jews.

A kind guidance (like nick's last), would be welcome once a while, just to settle things down.

If you have a complaint about someone on the boards, could you please contact one of us privately instead of posting "Can &lt;someone&gt; be banned?" on the public boards? General policy has been to prohibit negative threads about other users, and publically asking us to ban someone definitely falls into that category.

    Thanks. <img src="graemlins/bugeye.gif" border="0" alt="[Skeptical]" />

Ok, I'm sorry, I didn't know that, you can close this thread if you want.

(btw. The question was: can he be banned? (for saying what he does). And I got my answer, and decided not to pursue the matter further, ok?)
