Unresponsive Touch on parts of iPad Pro 10.5 Screen

Is it just me or there are times that some part of my screen is not responding to touches? i first noticed this last 11.2.1 Update, it got worst with 11.2.2

So i'm hoping this is not a hardware issue specifically with my iPad
