Following Apple's iOS 11.3 beta release on Friday, the company issued a sixth version of watchOS 4.3 beta to developers for testing with minor improvements and bug fixes.

The latest watchOS beta, build 15T5212a, appears to deliver only minor improvements to Apple's wearable firmware.

When it sees release, watchOS 4.3 will deliver a handful of convenience functions and aesthetic user interface changes to Apple Watch owners. A new portrait Nightstand mode is now included for users who charge their device on a vertical stand, while refreshed system graphics like a battery charging animation are also incorporated.

For those who listen to music on their Watch, the forthcoming update reinstates the ability to browse through a connected iPhone's catalog, a feature removed with watchOS 4 last September.

The latest watchOS beta follows the release of a fifth version that went out on Monday and December's watchOS 4.2, the latter of which delivered Apple Pay Cash integration to the wearable.

Developers can download watchOS 4.3 beta 5 through Apple's developer portal.

LOL, I hope not. I planned to celebrate the new watchOS update with a new S3.

Can’t one already scroll their music library by scrolling up on the music artwork then selecting “library?” I see my entire iPhone library on my watch and I’m not on the beta.

It seems faster than the 4.2.x version...

It doesn't play off the phone it tries to download it to the watch then has a hissy because there's not enough storage.

I can play it without that message.   I can browse my entire iPhone library.

That was a feature in wOS 3.x (and earlier?) that was removed in wOS 4.0. This would be a return of that feature in wOS 4.3.

Apparently you're not on 4.0 or later?

I’m on 4.2.3.  I also remember this feature was removed. Few days ago  I was playing around with my new S3 and found it by just scrolling down on music artwork.

Actually you're right. I've just tried it but it does seem to be flakey. I guess it's playing it over Bluetooth because there is a noticeable delay if the music hasn't streamed to the device. Maybe that's the issue Apple is trying to work on before making it a noticeable feature.
