Will Airplay 2 allow me to watch a movie and hear the audio from multiple network connected sources.... ?

I have a Samsung 4K TV using a high-end Samsung Soundbar using my Apple TV Gen 4. I also have an Airport Express connected to an ARCAM irDAC connected to my Rotel Hi-Fi System with B&W Floor Speakers.

Will I now be able to play a movie on my TV through my Apple TV and Samsung Soundbar and listen to the audio of that movie coming through my Airport Express connected hi-fi system...?

Please advise and revert...?

    AirPort Express wasn't added to AirPlay 2. While it was in the first beta (sort of, it didn't do anything) of 11.4, it was removed completely in the middle of April.
