Iphone attacking my PC

Can other user with iphone access my computer and use that computer RAM/CPU/ETHERNET ( i.e. to play mmorpg or get internet ) ?
My computer has ethernet wire unplugged, network adapter disabled. But I suspect that iphone user still access my computer ( via electric lines,
or signals - that spreading computer parts ( LAN card, motherboard... ) ), 
as that iphone user doing strange behaviour ( i.e. locks in the toilet for up to 2 hours )- after I turn off PC.

    You just have a virus. Run MalwareBytes (honestly, just wipe your entire PC and reinstall the OS) to try to get rid of it.

    Cant be virus. tried several OS and 2 PC. Iphone using some kind of device to assisst to use my PC resources.

    That dude have access to cable ( on the roof) socket. So combining socket with some sort of device?

    What have you installed on your iDevice? Jailbroken or third party packages? Maybe both your pc are infected and the phone isn't.
