    Is there any options at all to play new doom or other not so outdated games on mackbook pro 13'' 2015 or 2017 with integrated card? And will this device help?

    I have the 2018 13" MacBook Pro maxed out and the LG 5K monitor.  When I stream video, the audio is not in sync with the video.   Will the eGPU improve this?  Thanks -J
