Touch ID needs to come back, and that ugly notch needs to go bye-bye.
I think some people may be missing the point - a potential return of Touch ID is not to get rid of the notch or Face ID. It's to offer 2 options to users. In addition, I think I heard it may be useful to have Touch ID working when processing Passports. There had been rumor that Apple wanted to be involved somehow with Passports. It's hard to imagine not having a real Passport with the chip in it, but who knows, maybe some people would try such a thing. All I know is, an isolated Passport has little chance of being compromised or data leaked, compared to a smartphone.

Sounds great but it also sounds like wishful thinking
