macOS Catalina not found - did apple just remove it?

I have a newer iMacPro.Today I was going to update my computer to Catalina and noticed that when I ran the Software Update and it said my computer is up to date with macOS mohave 10.14.6.

I then launched the App Store and searched fro Catalina. I then selected the blue "GET" button to begging the process.... it gives me a dialog box stating : Update not found; the requested version of macOS not available.

I then when to the command line, and used the sofwareupdate -al to install and get the message: no new software available

Anyone else with this issue?

Like I said above... click the blue GET button - a dialog box will say Update not found.

Your problem is your management profile. Clear that, and you're good to go.

IF you're allowed to by the manager, clicking "Details" as illustrated above will give you the option to do so.

If this is disallowed by the device manager, you're out of luck.

Is there some thing wrong with my iMac? I go into system preferences it said update available but when I click to update it said my Mac is up to date.

I also go to the apple web side and it promo the Catalina but I still get stuck in this.
