Comment input gets embedded and my comment gone

This is happening ever since the new layout came out. When I submit my comment, the comment then seems to "embed" the Applesindier website and my comment is nowhere found as well. 

Attached is the pic. Notice how the comment box becomes an embedded website of AppleInsider after I submit comment!

    I'll  make sure the development team sees it. I can't reproduce it here, and neither can any other AI staffer.

    It's unusual. I am using Safari 13.1.1 on Catalina. 

    I know it has to do with iframe tag but why this is happening to me, I have no idea. I have no extensions enabled. I have Developer menu enabled. It only happens when I am reading an article and add a comment. It doesn't happen when I am in Forums board.
