New Clone might be on the way!
I read in the news paper about a guy in Minneapolis that is creating a new clone called the iBox, I am not sure but he might actually be able to get the rights to get the use of MacOS from Apple this is a toss up.

He might probably have the legal right to sell such a machine, as he claims to use only regular Apple parts--after all I remember there were clones long before the advent of the so-called clone-era, they were based on Quadra 900 mobos, overclocked and then put into bigger cases for better ventilation, can't really remeber the name of the company that made them--but I'm sure a simple threat from Apple's legal team will strongly discourage him to continue such a business...
