    Its not a Steve Jobs thing to start with… Its a “Columbo” thing! Steve borrowed it .

    Yet it's something Steve is remembered for. By certain people, not by everyone.

    Swatch may have trouble trademarking the phrase anyway - it's the name of a software development company in the EU, and I know that company does business in the UK. But they're smaller than Swatch by far, and a company name is different to a trademark, and the legislation is different, and...

    a lot more people watched Columbo  than followed Steve’s keynotes.. IMO.

    Swatch can do this all day long, but at the end of the day, they're still not Apple Inc.
