NO NO NO!!!!! In order for Apple to make a competitive console, and be able to sell it to the average consumer, they would have to follow the XBox way...lose $100 or more on every one sold. M$ is able to sustain this, but it wouldn't be good for Apple.
And no, Apple will never release a gaming console. It's not needed and the profit margins do not exist.
