The minute hand on my Apple Watch 6 jumps when I lift my watch

It is like it has gone into sleep mode and when I lift my wrist it wakes up and catches up to real time. Has anyone experienced this, is it just an issue with new software and can it be fixed

Have you tried a soft reset of the watch since updating?

Hold down the Side button and the Digital Crown at the same time (for at least 10 seconds) until the Apple logo appears.
