The VT4510 Dual 4K Dock supports resolutions up to dual 4K via HDMI or DisplayPort. It supports both USB 3.0, USB-C, and Thunderbolt 3, making it an option for mixed workflows across macOS and Windows.

With a pair of HDMI ports and a pair of DisplayPort ports, the docking station can also drive two external displays with resolutions of up to 4,096 x 2160 at 60Hz through the DisplayLink software drivers. It includes display support for HBR2 and is backwards compatible with HBR.

Beyond the display options, the VT4510 also has plenty of other connection points, including four USB 3.0 ports, two USB-C ports, and a pair of 3.5mm audio jacks -- one for headphones and another as a microphone-in port. It also packs a RJ45 Ethernet port.

The full list of ports includes the following.

  • 4 USB 3.0 ports (5 Gbps)

  • 2 USB-C prots (5 Gbps)

  • 2 HDMI ports

  • 2 DisplayPort 1.3 ports

  • RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet port

  • 3.5mm audio jack

  • 3.5mm microphone jack

VisionTek says the dock has a range of compatibility options with support for both Thunderbolt 3 and Thunderbolt 4. It also delivers 100W of power to charge up even 16-inch MacBook Pro models, and is fully compatible with Apple's M1 chip.

The VT4510 is now available to purchase from the Dell website, and is slated to launch across retailers and distributors in North America. It retails for $299.99

Never been a fan of docks that require drivers as they don't always keep up with latest OS updates. I'll stick to OWC or CalDigit for docks.

Without drivers you can't get dual external monitor support with the 2020 M1 laptops.

Personally I would love it if Apple just provided MST support.
