iOS 16 bug breaks support for Cinematic videos in Final Cut Pro

A recently discovered bug in iOS 16 renders users unable to open Cinematic videos in both iMovie and Final Cut Pro.

When attempting to open a Cinematic video, the programs will return an error that reads "The cinematic effect cannot be activated."

According to 9to5Mac, bug reports have surfaced on the Apple Support forums and on Reddit.

Apple has not acknowledged the bug, and there are no known workarounds.

Apple recently acknowledged that there has been an iOS 16 bug effecting the copy-and-paste permissions prompt.

    I think Ai forgot to include the part about opening in iOS cinematic video in FCP on Mac. 

    Transfer the video however you like.
