In-store Apple shops began appearing at Target in February 2021 and have expanded since. With the latest collaboration expansion, Apple has tripled its presence to more than 150 locations.

The shop-in-shop experience takes up a lot of retail space with dedicated kiosks for Apple products and at least one Apple-trained employee present. The experience is similar to the expanded shops inside Best Buy.

Apple is also expanding its extended free trials to Apple Fitness+. Previously, Target Circle members got access to four-month trials of Apple Music, Apple TV+, or iCloud storage. An Apple Arcade trial is available for six months as well.

Now, Apple Fitness+ is included in that list of Target Circle perks with a four-month trial as well. This is the longest trial available in retail markets.
"For years, Target has been a destination for Apple products. Now we are excited to deepen our collaboration with Apple so even more guests can access the exceptional Apple at Target shop-in-shop experience.

Through Target Circle, our popular free-to-join loyalty program, we're also giving our guests the opportunity to try services like Apple Fitness+ for free, and with no purchase required. Guests love the branded and immersive retail experiences we're creating with Apple and other partners including Disney, Ulta Beauty and Levi's.

With this Apple expansion, we're giving guests even more reasons to choose Target for all their shopping and tech service needs."
Target Circle members can check on the current available perks related to Apple Services via the Target partners page. Special offers related to Apple services begin in November and run through January 5, 2023.

Those looking for the new in-store Apple experience can search the Target store locator and filter results for Apple.
