Premiering from January 13, 2023, the fourth season of M. Night Shyamalan's "Servant" sees the conclusion of one of the first Apple TV+ dramas.

The first episode of this last season will debut on Friday, January 13, 2023, with the series finale on March 17, 2023. Described by Apple as an "epic and emotional conclusion," the season is the "final chapter of the Turner story."

"Leanne's war with the Church of Lesser Saints heightens, threatening Spruce Street, the city of Philadelphia, and beyond," says Apple in a statement. "Meanwhile, the shattered Turner family must not only confront the increasing threat of Leanne, but the certain reality that Dorothy is waking up."

"As the Turner family brownstone continues to crumble," it continued, "questions are finally answered: who is Leanne Grayson and who is the child in their home?"

"Servant" was one of the first shows to air on Apple TV+, premiering on November 28, 2019. It's also been the subject of a protracted lawsuit, which accuses the show's creators of plagiarism.

I've seen some ludicrous premises for storylines, but this one takes the cake. After I realized that the leading lady roasted the baby in her car, then got amnesia and forgot she did it, what happens? First someone gives her a doll she thinks is the baby, and then a mysterious stranger shows up to be a nanny to the doll. Then, VOILA! The real baby suddenly appears. But it's not the lady's baby, it's the nanny's, but everyone including the nanny pretends that it's the dead baby so as not to traumatize the bad mother! Then, it gets even MORE ludicrous over the next episodes, until I just couldn't stand to watch anymore.

And this gets renewed for 4-5 seasons? Absolutely THE WORST series Apple TV+ has produced. Scraping the barrel.

I wouldn't say it's the worst, but it's definitely a snoozer. I like slow burn storytelling and had hopes at the onset, but it's clear they had no plot outline in mind and just made up each season as they went. It's aimless and (worse) boring. Alas.

Awesome show. One of the reasons why I will be renewing AppleTV+ in January.

So apparently watching a few of the episodes of the first season is enough the judge the entire show.

They not only made up each season. They made up each episode.
