New Apple TV device (Apple Japan.com)

<a href="http://www.apple.co.jp/digitalhub/captytv/"; target="_blank">This link shows some sort of TV-capture device (from what I can see) that has been posted on Apple Japan. If someone could translate what it is all saying it would be appreciated.

I haven't heard of anything being released in this area from Apple, so I don't know why it would be on Apple Japan.

I remember reading about this product before. It's a 3rd party accessory, but I forget the name of the company.

With the AppleStore Yano AH80FC HD drive (the \\39,800) as beginning, arranging the various memory storage and the peripheral device, we wait."
