    We do not currently plan on pruning the members database. We find that there is not good enough reason to do what you are suggesting.

    If I went back to a message board I hadn't been to in a long time, and my username was taken due to a purging such as this, fat chance I'd register under another name. I'd track down the owner of the board and kill them.

    Glad to hear it. Pruning members would certainly create anger and animosity towards the AI forum and for very little if no benefit.
