AirPort base station antenna hack

A couple of weeks ago I ran across a website with info on modifying a Snow base station with an antenna mount right at the top. It had pictures of the modification and an attached omni directional antenna screwed right to the top.



I can not find this site at all. I just can't remember where it was. Any airport hackers out there who can point me in the right direction.

    I just plugged "apple airport basestation antenea mount" into google and got a ton of hits. Maybe the one you want is in there?

    Yea I have done that with every conceivable word combination. No luck. I was hoping that other mac users who browse around mac related sites may have run across the same article. Google just does not seem to have indexed the silly thing.

    wififun: Are you looking for Constantin von Wentzel's ABS page? His instructions helped me replace two capacitors to resuscitate my dead Gray ABS and he's got the antenna hack there too.
