Can you imagine if Anaheim swept Dallas like they did Detriot. All I can say is that it would be amazing if they did. Take out the #1 and #2 seeds.

No, he'll just sucker punch a few Ducks players on the way out...

I was watching the Ottowa/Philly game with some friends in a bar eariler tonight. They loved the firsty period, but the second period has obviously shut them up real nice-like. Whoever wins this series will need seven games and probably some overtimes only to face a Devils team that's taken care of Tampa Bay in five relatively easy games. Should be fun!

Well Hatcher is probably going to be one crying fellow when it happens, but anything can happen. It could go to 7 and be one of the best series ever.

    A. Alcimedes: f you're describing the play I think you're describing (last Vancouver goal before OT), Fernandez never came close to controlling the puck that went in. It was sitting right next to his skate the whole time, the arial view showed it conclusively. Helluva game though. Canucks were fortunate to get that opportunity with only a second or two left (and no, time didn't run out either...)

    B. Hey Dallas: Ahhhhhhhhh hahahahahahahahahahahaaaa!

    PS - Hatcher sucks.

Mostly it was shouting and milling around, although Vancouver's Cooke got in a nasty slash on the foot of one of the Wild players and skated away ... also classy Canuck fans throwing beers on the ice. Look for some payback in Game 3.

Darren Pang jinxed Brodeur on Monday. Well, he's another Roy. He'll be that much stronger for game 4. Speaking of, this is slightly off-topic, but do any of you think Roy-boy will call it quits this off-season? I know his hip has been bothering him again, and he might feel like his team has peaked.
