    i could be just because it came out and all the 'razzle dazzle' surrounding it but the iTMS seems like it will be an amazing thing

    goshdarnit, he managed to make an rdf plugin for windows ie. i was very much torn on apple being a music distributor; and now he makes it seem so great. i gotta go find my anti-rdf missiles.



    also, anyone know how old ol' Jobs is? i figured he was getting up on the years by now, but he spoke pretty callously towards 30+'ers. he has to be over 40 tho.

    He's probably about 50 by now. He sounds like Charleton Heston, "don't trust anyone over 30."



    His line about getting independents in the act was nice to hear. Interesting too to hear about the kind of infrastructure they've been investing in that's required to get this off the ground. It's like he's indirectly pumping Apple as an enterprise solution at the same time.

    Yup. His birthday is February 24, 1955, as implied in a recent MacObserver article.
