Yeah, Beastie Boys - I second that.
A search for Evanescence brings back no hits. But I think they're on a smallish label, so it doesn't really surprise me that they aren't up yet.

It is funny that Metallica is not a part of this!!! You think that they would be the band that would most support this kind of thing.

Yea. I was looking to make my own mix CD and went to go look for Foo Fighters. Not there. I've listened to that white stripes CD a few times and it's not as broad as the previous one. Same thing for RHCP.
So ... I'm not buying.

Have you heard Chris Thile's solo album, "Not All Who Wander Are Lost?" Not sure if it's available on iTMS, but it's worth a listen...

Yep.. I've heard some of it. It's awesome. Chris Thile is on Sugar Hill, like Nickel Creek, so he won't be on until Sugar Hill jumps on the bandwagon.

Yep.. I've heard some of it. It's awesome. Chris Thile is on Sugar Hill, like Nickel Creek, so he won't be on until Sugar Hill jumps on the bandwagon.
