North Korea is raising cash but this must be a joke.

Bonds with no return? hahahaha

Wonderful.... Don't you just love communist logic?

Perhaps Kim should focus more on getting his people food.

    Sad indeed..

Yeah the Koreans who live in Japan left North Korea for good reason. Let me guess.... The North Korean Government is billing this plea for money as "help us feed your friends and family back home" while in practice the dictator and his thugs spend it on all the wrong things.

North Korea needs some real help..

I was thinking about this whole thing and the part that alarms me is the following:

North Korea has all the "free" "slave" labor they need so why the need for cash?

What is North Korea trying to buy? and from whom?

Or is this money to be hidden in swiss accounts after the dictator escapes the country thus stealing the money as well.

I just have to ask questions...

A dictator is spending international money on weapons programs and self-glorification rather than his starving/poorly-medicated population!?

    Sounds very familiar...

The fact of the matter is that there is no true logic behind the DPRK (Democratic People's Republic of Korea).

The government is mad, the true nature of that place is not Communism, it is a cult of personality. The governmental system/cult hierarchy is called Ju che. Where Kim Jung Il is a God head. The propaganda for this mand states that he has superpowers and can give physicists and doctors on the spot advice.

Meanwhile the avg. 8 year old N. Korean is 2 inches shorter and 20 lbs lighter than the ave 8 year old S. Korean.

The N. Korea regime has little to do with real communism, (which has never existed on a national scale) but "Democratic"????? (!!!!) Where *did* they get that one from? It's as inappropriate as describing the Nazi party of Germany as "socialist"....

Not quite really sure where they got the Democratic part, but I'm sure one of the governments wild claims is that they are the people's choice. It wouldn't be the wildest claim made by these thugs.

They also have a Military before the People policy when it comes to resources, which is supposed to be for the good of the people, b/c the people can not exist w/o the military, so they claim.

Well, the old East Germany also used "democratic" in its official name. Communist countries have a lot of fun with words like "democratic" and "republic" all the time. Yeah, I'm buying it.

I would venture that it's the same logic as the Democratic Republic of Congo or the People's Republic of China. It's just a name.

edit: Didn't see the other two posts above saying the exact same thing. Reading is fundamental.
