I mean, it would make sense to start a chain letter if it had a virus or some other atachment or even a link to someone's website, but to send spam simply for the sake of sending spam?
I just don't get these people's reasoning. \

Just wanted to repost that.
Perhaps this coupled with an idiot tracking system

Oh MY God! Could It Be REAL? How much will I get for posting it here? Maybe it's a covert viral marketing plan put it place by Bill himself. Of course, there will be no real pay outs, but it will be spread around the planet by a chain of idiots and be untraceable back to him. It's brilliant! Sounds more like Ballmer's style, though.

Gorilla marketing?
Good one.
or if you do, jump around like an idiot, repeating "Developers"
--
as for the "Merger between Intel and AOL to keep AOL number one"
then for the bottom link to be MSN 8 is a bit ironic, no?

Actually, this is just a sandard MSN/Hotmail signature. It's just likely that one of the goofs that forwarded was using a Hotmail account.

Just like the kid that started it.
What he *gives away* is in the end part of his revenue generating advertising program (ie. a real world banner advert) or a tax break.
